The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection! there were so many options to choose from, and the quality of the food was amazing!!! the pool area was also a highlight. I really appreciated how clean and well kept it was.

Hithesh greeted me warmly when i arrived. he escorted me to my room, pointing out key resort areas. the shuttle service to sister hotels proved useful, allowing a visit to bar 44 at the grosvenor hotel. I enjoyed city views from there. the hotel car provided comfortable airport transport upon departure.
the room water temperature varied considerably, not ideal.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel features great interior and excellent facilities. The location offers beach access and proximity to the boulevard. A shuttle goes to the marina frequently for easy access to the metro.
It wasn't very peaceful. The noise level made relaxation challenging.

the poolside experience was really good. shaurab offered warm hospitality and made sure everything by the pool was perfect. jahedu from housekeeping kept our room super clean with great attention to detail. khaleel and shaji at the valet service were efficient and always assisted with a smile.
i found the music on saturday nights quite loud. it continued until 3:00 am. guests might consider avoiding saturdays.
